One of the great spiritual disciplines of the Christian faith is serving others. Through service, we learn to live for Christ in this world -- to be his hands and feet. Jesus taught his disciples, "the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Thank you for being willing to explore areas of the church family where God will use you to help others -- and in turn be blessed yourself.
