Rick became a Christian in 1980, and joined the Tri-Valley Church in 2001.  He was appointed an elder in 2005.  Rick works as the Vice President of Loss Prevention (Western Region) for Kohls Department Stores in Pleasanton, CA.  Rick and his wife, Gwen, have two daughters.
